Delivery Information

STAPLE JUNCTION delivers the products on its available time slots and according to the customer's convenience

Order will be delivered at the earliest available Time Slots

For time being  there will be no delivery slots available on Sundays  and  Public Holidays.

Presently Home delivery of products is available only for  New Town  and  Salt Lake  locations. For any other location, delivery is Not Available

Customers can pay for their order Online or by Cash on Delivery.

Copy of your invoices (with company stamp & signature) will be provided at the time of your delivery.

Small to Medium sized products will be delivered in carry bags which would have the Company name and details printed on them.

If a customer places an order & the product becomes unavailable from the market then STAPLE JUNCTION would reserve the right to cancel the order.

A customer can cancel their order anytime before your order gets out for delivery by calling us or writing to our customer care. We will refund any payments already made by you for the order. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.

We will take back and replace any products if they get damaged during our delivery . The customer can return the product at the time of delivery or afterwards,  if due to some reason they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product, and ask for its replacement. All they have to do is to upload a picture of the damaged product in our website and cite the reason for replacement. We will take the returned product back with us and replace it with a fresh product . However no money will be refunded for any product that has been delivered. Only replacement can be done.

In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information) any extra cost incurred by STAPLE JUNCTION for redelivery shall be claimed from you.
